It’s imperative that all content adheres to our community guidelines, which prioritize accuracy, respectfulness, and legality. Any content that violates these guidelines or infringes upon the rights of others may be subject to removal by our moderation team. By posting content on our platform, users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content for promotional and operational purposes.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms of service or pose a risk to our platform or community.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform or the services provided therein. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user to us within the preceding twelve-month period.
